Services

Three ways to start.

Most engagements begin with one of the three below. Where they go next depends on what we find.

Engagement type 1

AI Capability Audit

A structured assessment of what your AI systems actually do versus what they're claimed to do.

  • Document review — product pages, marketing claims, contract language, model cards, prompts, system policies.
  • Behavioral testing — targeted inputs against the deployed system to compare actual outputs against the stated capability.
  • Tier classification — every system reviewed lands in one of four tiers (Operational, Partial, Decorative, Gap).
  • Written report — findings, evidence, and recommendations in a format you can hand to a regulator, an acquirer, or your board.

Engagement type 2

Governance Diagnostic

A 10-question read of your current AI governance maturity, with a written assessment and prioritized next steps.

  • Self-serve online — takes about 10 minutes.
  • Written follow-up — a 2–3 page assessment within 5 business days.
  • Prioritized next steps — the two or three things to address first, with rough effort estimates.
  • No obligation — diagnostic stands alone. Many organizations do it once and don't need anything else.

Engagement type 3

Advisory Engagements

Ongoing review of model launches, vendor selection, and policy decisions, on retainer or per-engagement.

  • Monthly retainer — typically 4–8 hours of structured review per month, plus async availability for fast-turnaround questions.
  • Project-based — vendor selection, AI policy drafting, board briefing prep, regulatory response.
  • Confidential — by default, nothing we see is shared outside the engagement.
