Gary Trautmann is the founder and CEO of Ethical Veracity AI, where he guides organizations in integrating robust governance and ethical principles into their artificial intelligence systems. With a career spanning over two decades at the intersection of technology and business strategy, Gary has a unique perspective on the real-world challenges and opportunities of AI deployment.
His journey into AI ethics began while leading the machine learning division at a major tech firm, where he witnessed firsthand the unintended consequences that can arise from poorly designed algorithms. This experience ignited his mission to create a new standard for AI development—one that prioritizes fairness, transparency, and accountability from the ground up.
Before founding Ethical Veracity AI, Gary held senior leadership roles, including Head of AI and CTO, for several Silicon Valley companies, where he was responsible for delivering scalable AI products that served millions of users. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences on the topics of AI risk management and algorithmic governance and actively contributes to policy discussions surrounding the future of AI. Gary holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and an MBA, combining deep technical expertise with sharp business acumen.
