What we do
We audit AI systems against the claims made about them. We classify governance maturity. We write down what we find, and we hand the written record to the people who need it — boards, regulators, acquirers, customers, or the team that has to fix the gap.
How we work
Closer to financial audit than software consulting. Structured questionnaires. Document review. Targeted system tests. A written report that names what's working, what's partial, what's decorative, and what's a gap. No PowerPoint, no theater.
What we don't do
We don't build AI systems. We don't sell models. We don't have a stake in any particular vendor or framework. The independence is the product.
